What are the clubhouse hours?
The clubhouse opens at 6:00 am Monday - Friday and closes at 9:00 pm. The hours on Saturday and Sunday are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
What are the pool hours?
May 21 – August 21 Lap swim 6-7 am and 9-10 am (waiver required)
Pool open 10 am – 8:30 pm
Aug 22 – Sept 18 Lap swim 6-7 am and 9-10 am (waiver required)
Pool open Monday – Friday 12-8 pm (unguarded 1-4)
Saturday & Sunday 10 am – 8 pm
Please note that daylight hours may dictate earlier closing as we are not permitted for night swimming.
What is the guest policy?
A guest is any person who is not a resident of Amberly. All guests entering the facility must be signed in and must be accompanied by a member at all times. Guests under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult resident. Children under 2 years of age will not be counted.
Except for reserved events, members are allowed to bring up to five guests per household per visit and guest passes are valid for entire day of use or purchase. Thirty free guest passes per household are issued annually in May for use during the pool season. Additional guest passes may be purchased for $5.00 each. Guest passes cannot be shared and all unused passes are deleted at the end of the pool season. During other times of the year, guest passes will not be tracked; however the number of guests allowed and sign-in requirements remain the same.
Due to the large number of residents using the pool on major holidays, no guests will be allowed on Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day. Please bring your guests on the days surrounding these holidays.
How do I get a key tag?
Membership to the Amberly Residents’ Club is reserved for Amberly residents only. In order to obtain your key tag, homeowners need:
· Refundable $10.00 deposit
· Copy of the top portion of your HUD statement
· Valid picture ID
These key tags will expire one year from the date issued. At the end of that year, residents will need to provide current identification showing their Amberly address. You will be alerted by the staff when entering the Residents’ Club, if it is time to provide this information and you will be given 30 days before privileges will be suspended. This measure is being taken in order to be sure that our files remain current and that only residents are being admitted to the Residents’ Club.
Can a homeowner and tenant use the facility concurrently?
No. Only the owner or the tenant may use the Residents' Club. If you lease your house in Amberly and want your tenants to use the Residents' Club, you must sign a Waiver of Amenities, a copy of which can be obtained at the front desk or on line at www.amberlypoa.com. If the property is managed, the management company's address is acceptable, but the the form must always be signed by the owner. The tenant should bring the form, along with identification and a $10 per key tag deposit to the front desk at the clubhouse in order to obtain their tag. Please do not email or fax these forms to the clubhouse.
Can I rent a room at the clubhouse for a private party?
Yes. Reservations should be made no less than two weeks and no more than 6 months prior to the event. Reservations will be posted on the calendar only after the full deposit and fee have been paid and the agreement signed. Before talking to a staff member at the front desk to schedule your private event, please check the on-line calendar to be sure that the date you want is available. The following deposits and fees apply:
